  1.  We ship in stock items within 1-3 business days and Custom Designs 3D   within 7-10 business days. All orders are provided with a tracking number   and shipped with USPS.
  2.  In the event of any delay, we will notify you via email or text message.

UNITED STATES & PUERTO RICO
  • FREE SHIPPING - All orders are provided with a tracking number and shipped with USPS & Insured. 

INTERNATIONAL 

  • If you are unable the checkout you can email us the following information:
  • The item/s (description or # code)
  • Complete shipping address.
  • We will be happy to offer a quote based on your destination country and the shipping methods available.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • 30 days return policy. We provide store credit in the form of an electronic Gift Card or exchange for another product. No refunds. 
  • To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in perfect conditions, returned in the original packaging. 
  • Custom Designs 3D Jewelry includes a 180 days repair warranty 

To return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at shoptrendygold@gmail.com indicating the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or another item.
  2. Await our Return Number (RN) # to include in the package. 
  3. Please, allow 2-7 days for our response. If the return is urgent call us at 787-614-7120
  4. Mail return item(s) to:
